MXD GROUP LIMITED respects your privacy and provides users with the ability to request deletion of their personal data.
If you have interacted with us through Facebook, Instagram, or any Meta-integrated service and wish to delete your data, please follow the instructions below.
How to Request Data Deletion
You may request deletion of your personal information by:
Option 1: Email Request
Send an email to:
Include the following details:
- Your full name
- The email address associated with your Meta account
- Your Facebook or Instagram profile link (if applicable)
- A brief description of your request
What Happens Next
- We will confirm receipt of your request.
- We may request verification to confirm your identity.
- Upon verification, we will delete your personal data from our systems unless retention is required by law.
- You will receive confirmation once deletion is complete.
Deletion of Meta Platform Data
If you authorised our application through Facebook or Instagram:
- You may also remove our app directly from your Facebook settings.
- Navigate to Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites.
- Select our application and choose “Remove”.
- Removing the app will revoke our access to your data.
Data Retention Exceptions
We may retain certain information if required to:
- Comply with legal obligations
- Resolve disputes
- Enforce agreements
Any retained data will be securely stored and limited to lawful purposes.
Processing Time
We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days.
